1. Tell us about your business, what do you provide?
I'm a Family and Business Photographer based near Hampton Court and work with clients
all over Surrey and London.
My aim for every client is that I capture their unique story naturally, authentically and beautifully.
I work with ambitious hardworking mums and business women who only want the best. They're extremely busy juggling work and family life. They understand the importance of having a consistent online brand, standing out from the crowd and ultimately want to be the best version of themselves at home and in business.
2. Can you tell us about your background? When did you launch and what prompted you to set up on your own?
I set up Jo Robbens Photography almost five years ago when I made the decision to create a business that worked around my family. I have two boys William (12) and Henry (9). I used to be a Client Service Director for a marketing agency which kept me out of the house from 7am til 9pm at night... I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made! Owning your own business definitely has it's highs and lows but being around to watch my boys grow up has been incredible and I'm so very grateful.
3. What are you most proud of?
Every bit of my business. I know that's quite broad but when I think of all the challenges there are to running a business and a family, I can't quite believe how many amazing stories I have captured for my clients.
Being a business owner myself, I know the blood, sweat and tears that go into running a business and without support and clients buying from a local photographer rather than one of the big chains, Jo Robbens Photography just wouldn't exist.
